Often times, we also fall into the trap of trying to keep up with influencers and their beautiful, aesthetic homes. The truth is, 98% of the time, their homes don’t actually look like they do in the pictures. Keep in mind that a messy house means that life is happening in your home and that your kids are making memories. 3. Set realistic expectations: Be realistic about what you can accomplish in a day. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to have a perfectly clean home at all times. Accept that some days will be messier than others and that’s okay.
4. Establish a routine: Set a consistent cleaning schedule that works for you and your family. This could mean designating certain days for specific tasks, such as doing laundry on Mondays or cleaning bathrooms on Fridays. Stick to the routine as much as possible to maintain order and prevent tasks from piling up.
